On Friday, Feb. 7, former Winnisquam Regional High School standout Marcus Korenkiewicz’s current college team, the Lynn Fighting Knights, won 3-1 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Washburn Ichabods.
The game took place at Lynn Baseball Field. This was their first matchup against the Ichabods this season.
The Fighting Knights’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 8 at 2 p.m. at Lynn Baseball Field against Bentley Falcons.
