On Friday, March 21, former Brewster Academy standout Carey Booth’s current collegiate team the Illinois Fighting Illini won 86-73 against the Xavier Musketeers in the NCAA Division I Basketball Championship Tournament.
Hosted in Fiserv Forum, this was the first game against the Xavier Musketeers during the championship.
The Illinois Fighting Illini’s next game will take place on Sunday, March 23 at 4:15 p.m. in Fiserv Forum against Kentucky Wildcats.
Carey Booth’s hometown is Englewood and game position is forward.
