On Saturday, Feb. 1, former Plymouth Regional High School standout Maggie Boyd’s current college team, the Barry Buccaneers, lost 11-6 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the North Georgia Nighthawks.
The game took place at Gulf Shores Sportsplex. This was their first matchup against the Nighthawks this season.
The Buccaneers’ next game is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 7 at 3 p.m. at Buccaneer Softball Field against Wingate Bulldogs.
