Rep. James Thibault, a member of the New Hampshire House of Representatives, recently shared his views and activities through several posts on social media.
On April 1, 2026, Thibault criticized the current state of higher education in the United States. He stated, “Modern postsecondary education’s a joke.”
The following day, April 2, he described his visit with local students at the State House. In his words: “Had a wonderful time on Tuesday visiting with the Paul Smith School fourth graders at the State House! They were incredibly respectful and well-behaved, bringing great questions about our state government. Franklin’s next generation is bright!”
On April 3, Thibault expressed frustration with email software commonly used in professional settings. He wrote: “Outlook is a terrible software. Couldn’t tell you how many times I’ve been locked out of my email or had emails just disappear from my inbox inexplicably.”
Rep. Thibault serves as an elected official in New Hampshire’s legislature and uses social media to communicate opinions on education policy and technology tools as well as to highlight interactions with constituents.
