Rep. James Thibault, a member of the New Hampshire House of Representatives, recently shared a series of posts on his social media account expressing views on youth activism, school choice, and political discourse.
On September 14, 2025, Thibault wrote: “Gen Z will not go quietly. Let’s keep up the momentum!” The post appeared to encourage continued activism among Generation Z.
The following day, September 15, Thibault commented on education policy: “This is why school choice is important.” School choice policies have been a topic of ongoing debate in New Hampshire and across the United States, with supporters arguing that such measures give families more options for their children’s education.
Later that same day, Thibault addressed concerns about political rhetoric and government involvement in public discourse. He stated: “When one side calls the other an imminent threat to safety or democracy, don’t be surprised when people believe it. And the government shouldn’t be funding that speech.”
Thibault has been an advocate for educational reform in New Hampshire and has frequently spoken about issues related to youth engagement and civil liberties. School choice initiatives have gained traction in recent years as part of broader national discussions about educational equity and parental rights.
