Youth Services Librarian
Open Position
The trustees of the Belmont Public Library are seeking a full-time Youth Services Librarian (35 hours per week) to plan and conduct programs for families and patrons under 18, to contribute to juvenile collection development, and to provide front-line patron services.
Salary range: $19-21 per hour, dependent on education and experience. This position is full-time and includes a comprehensive benefits package.
Education: A four-year degree from an accredited college or university in the social sciences, humanities, education, or a related field and some professional training in library work, OR an equivalent combination of education and experience substituting on the basis of one year of experience for each year of education.
