NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
The Center Harbor Zoning Board of Adjustment has received an application for a Variance of land located at 533 Waukewan Road, Center Harbor owned by Roy and Nancy Drukker. Tax Map 105 Lot 012, This hearing will be held at the Center Harbor Town Office in the Cary Mead Conference room on August 9, 2021 at 7 p.m.
Description of the Variance proposal citing Article 5 Section 11:3 of the Zoning Ordinance is as follows:
- Permit the raising the house to allow a 8' basement in the same footprint
- Increasing the square footage of the 2 bedrooms on the second floor
- Add a bath to allow adequate space for year round living within the same footprint of the existing structure
